i have been disabled since i turned 30 in 1989. I lost my dad, husband, and almost myself and daughter during a difficult delivery due to doctor's mistakes. I needed a C-section and did not get it. It caused so much damage that i still am having surgeries from that time.
I can not have more children and lost my husband cause he was angry and could not accept that. He wanted a boy. He went out one night got really messed up on drugs and alcohol and wrecked his step-van over an embankment of 1500 feet or more. It was publicized on tv and newspapers all weekend. He layed 6 hours till the road manager who was fixing the new highway found him on 'Sunday morning early about 7. He died in the hospital at 10 am.
My dad died 8 months before at Christmas time due to high blood presssure, diabetes, heart failures. He was 53 years of age. He did get to hold his first and only granddaughter my Courtney.
I have no family the husband's family blame me and refused to have anything to do with us after the accident. I was taking care of our baby and they blamed me. What a joke. I have never met such mean selfish people. Except my own 2 brothers and 1 sister who also do not believe I am ill with this terribly painful fibromyalgia , arthritis conditions ++++-I have struggled alone to raise Courtney and she is so special. she has a IQ of over 150--genius level.
I am hoping her education and dream of working with computers and becoming a teacher come through. I have very little to help her with / she needs to learn to drive but this car is too dangerous.
I wish social security would not have taken our money away like they did when she turned 16. This has made no sense to me when that was all we had to live on. Life has been terrible since. She is 19 and She has tried so hard to have extra little jobs that has at least kept us from starving.
OUr government needs to seriously look at what they are doing to citizens of the US. when they take these programs and have these rules that hurt us and barely even allows us to live. I have felt i live in some poor country everone else on tv or whatever are trying to save. What about us --People who want to live as responsible lively adults but when disablity happens i was throwed away worse than a wild animal.
I just hope someone can help our life to become better so my daughter doesn't have to keep suffering because she has no one --no family to speak of that shows any love or care.
I pray the right person will read this and generously either donates or loans us a fair uplifting new beginning.

I recieved my BA in 2001 but have not had an interview. I am on disability $600 a month. I get food stamps and occasional emergency fund for electric bill.
I have a problem too financial. My daughter is in her freshman year at WCU and never has money to buy the clothes she needs to wear.
I haven't bought clothes in 15 years.
Now the landlord who left me buy this doublewide trailor which I owe $70,000 on yet is trying to foreclose because i am behind on the payments which he set up so this would happen. He did not escrow anything and i am trying to come up with $200 for taxes--$540--monthly pay--$1080--behind--and home owners insurance of $145.
Plus electric--phone--tv--paper stuff that food stamps do not cover.
My daughter and I cannot get a finacial loan to pay this guy off and we don't have enough income to get a mortgage.
I want to move and we have to find owner financing which is almost impossible. That is what got me here.
I need a car cause a guy is ripping us off for $3,700 for a geo prism that the engine is going out. It has broken down already twice. I owe him around $2000 more.
We can't get a car for the same reason's we can't get a mortgage.
Can anybody help us? I am so ill and can't work. I keep looking for something that will work around my disabilities but nothing has shown.
